About us

Ms Mathilda Stjernberg is the founder of Green Mermaid Consultancy AB. She has more than 15 years of vast experience from the financial industry and has held several positions within the financial sector related to regulatory matters. She has been the Chief Compliance Officer of two critical financial infrastructures and prior to that worked for the Swedish Financial Service Authority, Swedish Finance Ministry and European Central Bank. She holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University and an LLM in International Trade and Finance as well as a PhD in Banking Law from University of Aberdeen, UK.
